What ages are allowed to play in the softplay area?

Age Range 1-8

What ages are allowed in the bouncy houses?

We highly recommend no child over 8 with weight limit suggested on bounce house expect for our 10ftx10ft Lux White Open Castle that can hold up to 4 adults at once.

How long are the sets booked for?

4hrs for the Primary Onyx, Mini Ruby & Garnet Set. 5hrs for Topaz, Pearl and Luxury Mega Ballpit.

You can extend time for a fee of $50 per hour up to 9 pm. Please advise us of extension request at leave one hour before event end time.

What if I do not need the 4/5hrs?

You can book for as long as you need it but prices are based on 5hr usage and will not be reduced.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver, setup and tear down using the following flat rate tier method (based on approx mileage from 44125):

Less than 10 miles: FREE

Up to 25 miles: $60

Up to 35 miles: $85

Up to 45 miles: $105

Anything over 45 miles, min booking Garnet set or above.

Up to 60 miles: $140

Do you charge taxes?

Yes. All sets are taxed at 8%.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A Non refundable deposit or retainer fee of 50% of balance (less $100 equipment fee) is required to hold date. The remaining balance including the refundable equipment fee is due 24hrs before event date.

Is there a cleaning fee?

Yes. A cleaning fee of $25 will be deducted from refundable equipment fee if we need to recover balls or any of our equipment outside the playset area.

How do I get my refundable equipment fee back?

Once equipment is inspected, and if there are no extensive damages, equipment fee will refunded within 24hrs via Zelle, Cashapp or Venmo.

What if equipment is broken or extensively damaged?

You, the client, is responsible for all extensive damages up to full balance to repair equipment.

What are your rules?

Parent supervision is required at all times

No shoes, no food or drink inside play area

Do not touch the air blower attached to bouncy houses

Do not touch perimeter or canopy of bumper car station

All balls must stay in ball pit and all softplay must remain in play area

Take care of the equipment as it was yours.

Do you have a Refer a Friend Program?

Yes! We do have a refer a friend program!. When you refer someone, you receive 15% off on your next event and your friend receives 10% off their event!

Rules:

  • You booked us and your event already took place.
  • Your friend must mention your name on the promotion code section of form.
  • Your friend must make deposit.
  • If your friend’s event is canceled, this offer is no longer valid.
  • To redeem, you must name the person you referred on the promotion code section of form.
  • You can only use one 15% code per event.
  • We will verify referrals but we will not keep track of them. That is your responsibility,
  • Cannot be transferred to someone else.

We, Allinclusive PartyPlay Rentals, reserve the right to modify or cancel the Refer a Friend Program at any point at our sole discretion.

Cancellation Policy?

Absolutely No Refunds! If for any reason the event is canceled or postponed, we need to be advised 72 hours. If cause of cancelation was due to unforeseen circumstances, we will accommodate ONE reschedule within the year as long as the date and time is available. Original package selected subject to equipment availability. You have the option to add or remove items from proposal at time of reschedule. Additions subject to price at time of booking.

Weather Policy?

For events held outdoors, we will not set up equipment if rain is forecasted at 50% or more during your booked time. You are responsible for changes in weather. Please have an indoor option available or call as soon as possible to reschedule.

If we set up outdoors and the forecast shows rain will begin during your booked time (50% chance or more), we will pick up equipment immediately. No credit or money back will be given.

In case of forecasted snow, dependent upon road conditions, and for the safety of ourselves and our employees, we will not setup outdoors nor indoors. If cancellation is necessary, you will receive credit to be used within the year. No refund will be provided.

What is your cleaning process?

We disinfect all equipment after each event using wipes and non toxic chemicals.

What is your set-up and tear down process?

We arrive 1.5 hrs prior to event start time to set up equipment. Please have a designated area ready and clean of all debri. It is your responsibility to ensure softplay fits in designated area. We arrive 10 minutes prior to end time to tear down equipment. Please make sure all balls are inside ball pits and softplay items are in play area. If you need more time, $40 for each additional hour up to 9pm.
